CHRISTMAS TREE LOT
Every holiday season, Troop 96 partners with Troop 43 to sell Christmas Trees in the Urbandale area. The scouts receive training in sales and interact directly with the customers at the tree lot. The profit from the trees go to the scout's account and is used for scouting items and summer camp. The trees are Frasier Firs, Balsam Firs, White Pine and Scotch Pine shipped in from Wisconsin. Many of the tree sales are to repeat satisfied customers who have been buying from Boy Scouts for many years!
