This month the cub scouts will get creative at Constructive Chaos!!!

Constructive Chaos (http://constructive-chaos.com/) is a fine art and culinary center for children ages 5-18. Classes in both the culinary and visual arts are designed to give parents flexibility and enhance children's creativity. Constructive Chaos strives to teach children and teens about all different types of cuisines and genres of art from around the world.

The cub scouts will be in the Art Studio.

When: Thursday, November 13th (tentative, may change)

October is Fire Safety Month!

                    

This month's pack outing is to Fire Zone, they are conveniently located 2 blocks North of Golf Rd. at 1100 National Pkwy, Schaumburg, IL. 60173.   When: Sunday, October 19th (Sorry I couldn't book on a Saturday, they only had two weekend drop in days in the month of October, and this was the more convenient date) Time: 12pm to 1pm Cost: $9.00 per child 1 to 9 years old. Cub Scouts are FREE, and 1 Adult free with each paid child, additional adults are $4.00 ea. ***RSVP by 10/9/2014***              If your scout can explain and show the steps (PASS) to using a fire extinguisher, he will receive a prize. This will be done randomly at one of the meetings in October. **Giving only the answer of PASS will not be accepted, scout must know what each letter means and demonstrate.

    

This year the Haunted Hike is overrun by monsters. Classic Monsters! We’re hosting the scariest Monsters on October 24, 2014 7pm-10:30pm and October 25, 2014 4pm-10:30pm (Flashlight Hike from 4pm to 6pm) at the Des Plaines Methodist Campground, 2000 E Algonquin Rd (just East of River Rd) to make your Haunted Hike the best ever!
