When asked to take on the role of a den leader, committee member, or other leadership position, many parents hesitate and wonder what they could possibly offer the pack. Boy Scouts of America has made this much easier for all of us by preparing several quick and easy training programs for various leadership roles within scouting. This training is available online and/or in-person to meet our individual needs.
