Parents who volunteer for the entire duration of camp are eligible to receive 50% reimbursement of the camper's fee for one child.  The number of parents reimbursed will be determined by the number of volunteers we need and will be on a first come first serve basis. 

We will not know how many we get to reimburse until later on in the planning when we get a better judge of how many girls will be attending.

We must receive your OFFICIAL registration form before you are consider registered.  This is not the Summer Camp Volunteer sheet that I have previously asked to be filled out.

Reimbursement and Financial Assistance can not both be used for the same girl.

The price for additional camp t-shirts is not listed on the day camp girl registration form.  However, it is listed on the adult form.  The prices are as follows.

Youth Sizes : $10

T-Shirt Size : Adult

 

Financial Aid requests can be turned into council.  They will be granted as long as there is money available.  You can find the form as a PDF attachment below.
