BSA Youth Application - This is the youth application form for a new scout. We have paper copies of this but if you would like to print one out and fill it out that is OK too.
BSA Adult Application -
This is the adult leadership application form. We have paper

BSA Talent (Photo) Release Form -
This form allows us to use photos or videos of you and your children
from scouting related activities in our online or printed presence.
BSA Family Talent Survey -
This form allows us to learn what skills and interests our scouts parents/guardians have which can be a big help for some of our requirements.
BSA Medical Forms A, B, & C - Forms A & B are basic needs for every scout when camping. Form C is required for overnights longer than 72 hours.
BSA Activity Consent Form - This form may be used for any activity or trip.
