Cub World - Tigers and Wolves

Cub World operates on a two-year theme cycle as many Cub Scouts attend Cub World twice before they move on to Gilbert Ranch. Scouts stay in the fort, boxcars or tepee village while adults stay close by in their own tents.  Everyone eats together in the camp dining hall (Golda's Kitchen), and all participate in a weekend-long program of Scouting fun and adventure.
(Remember that by Summer Camp time our current Tigers will have earned their Tiger Rank and be Wolves, and our current Wolves will have earned their Wolf Rank and be Bears.  So the boys who attend Cub World are those who just completed 1st and 2nd grades.)

Gilbert Ranch - Bear

First Year Webelos attend Gilbert Ranch, which has the same program each year. Because of this, Second-Year Webelos are encouraged to attend Adventure Cove, however they may return to Gilbert Ranch if a week of camp is not feasible.  Boys must be Webelos to attend Gilbert Ranch and Adventure Cove, as these camps are specifically designed for these age groups and physical abilities.

(Remember that by Summer Camp time our current Bears will have earned their Bear Rank and be First-Year Webelos and our current First-Year Webelos will have earned their Webelos Rank and be Second-Year Webelos.  So boys attending Gilbert Ranch are boys who have completed 3rd grade.)

Adventure Cove - Webelos 1

Adventure Covegives the Second-Year Webelos a full week (five night) campingexperience which helps get them get ready to join Boy Scouts the followingyear, and the program is designed to help the Second-Year Webelos startlearning basic Scouting skills in preparation for the Boy Scoutprogram.
(remember that by Summer Camp time our current First-Year Webelos will have earned their Webelos Rank and be Second-Year Webelos)
If it is not feasible for a scout to fit in a full week of summer camp - he can go to Gilbert Ranch.
