Drop-off Process:  For everyone's safety, the campers must be checked in by an adult to the bus monitors in the morning.  No Curb-side drop-offs allowed!  Please make sure your child has been fed breakfast before arriving at the bus stop.  We are not allowed to eat food on the buses.  They will receive a light snack once they arrive at camp.

Pick-up Process:  For everyone's safety, adults picking up campers at the bus stop must show photo id before your camper will be released.  Additional, the campers will only be released to those adults listed the registration forms.  Prior to June 17th, Please notify the camp director by phone or text message of any changes.  June 17th and on, all changes must go through the camp nurse. 


Should an emergency arise that requires you to pick up your child up at Camp Timberlake, please contact the nurse in advance because the gates will be locked.  Once you get to camp, go directly to the Lodge and check-in at the Nurse's station.
