Eagle Scouts

Completing at least 21 Merit Badges and a major project is no small feat.

Project:  

Eagle Scout Project. 

Eagle Scout Sean Chen, along with a many volunteers,
applied linseed oil to the structures in Grasso Park.
The work was completed during the week of August 18 2014

Maguires eagle project rehabilitating the Hall Ranch trail head was 8/9/14.
Maguire would like to thank the best eagle crew ever in their support of the project.

Eagle Project:

2 Library Exchange Boxes for Emerald Elementary in Broomfield CO.  

Chris is currently a freshman at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage AK. 

He is studying Outdoors Studies and spent 3 weeks on the Yukon River canoeing as part of his Expedition Alaska class. 

Skills and experiences learned from Boy Scouts helped him greatly during this class.

October 2014:

My name is Max Liles and I am a current senior at Monarch High School. 

I am racing in Cross Country and Cross Country Skiing competitively. 

I have been accepted to West Point.

Max is an outstanding example of what it means to be an Eagle Scout.

2013 Community Book Drive to benefit Emerald Elementary School, Broomfield CO (over 2,000 books collected)

Ryan is studying Mathematics and Secondary Education at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. 

2013 - Michael W.

Michael is an outstanding example of what it means to be an Eagle Scout. 

 

2012 - Carson O.

Carson is an outstanding example of what it means to be an Eagle Scout. 

 

2010 - Austin

Austin comes from a long legacy of Eagle Scouts. 

He showed incredible maturity in developing his Eagle project in working with the Town of Superior. 

He organized the construction of a 9 hole frisbee golf course that can be enjoyed by all in the new East Park.

 

Austin’s execution of a large, ambitious project demonstrates that Scouts can do anything!

  

2009 - Ryan
 

Ryan was Troop 278’s first scout to achieve this high honor.

 

When you visit Asti Park in Old Town Superior, you’ll see results of Ryan’s work. Feel free to use the Bar-B-Que that he re-constructed from old photos!

 

As a young troop, Ryan is our first, but certainly not our last.
