LaVerne Cleary is a retired Scout mom and volunteer who offers a Scout uniform exchange.  You can trade-in, trade-up or donate Scout uniforms, handbooks, etc.  She does not accept any money and only asks that you turn in any uniforms, etc. once your Scout outgrows them.
