Age: BSA rules for Venturing, 14 (unless in 8th grade) to 21.
Crew membership: We are a Coed crew. Males and females may join.
Crew Fee: $20 per year.
Additional registration fee if not already registered with Scouting
SCUBA Certification: All recognized Certifications. PADI, NAUI, PDIC, SSI, IDEA, SDI
How long does it take to get certified?:
2 evening classes about 3 hours each
2 evening classes in a pool about 3 hours each
2 days on weekends at a training dive site
Do I have to buy all of the gear?
Certification class requires you to have a Mask, Snorkel, SCUBA Booties and Fins.
Do Certifications Expire?
No, but continuing education is encouraged. Practice and Education make you a better and safer diver.
