beginning 7/18/09 until further notice it has been decided that Rank badges (bobcat thru arrow of light) are paid for from the pack budget which exists because of excellant popcorn salesmenship by the boys (also thanks to the boys and their parents, pack 935 receives free "rank" badges until 12/31/14 due to making "Quality Unit" and meeting council criteria for the year 2013)
also paid for by the commission the boys earn selling popcorn are the progress toward ranks (Immediate Recognition fob/beads and WeBeLo Activity pins), patches earned participating in a Pack Activity (ie: parade, derby, etc...) and one pinewood derby car kit and one raingutter regatta boat kit per year.
