By attending a camp or event run by New Milford Cubscout Pack 90, all participants and their parents, guardians and/or family members give New Milford Cubscout Pack 90 their permission to use their image, picture or communication for future promotional and marketing efforts.  If any person specifically DOES NOT want their image, picture or communication used in this manner, then they must notify New Milford Cubscout Pack 90 of such by completing and returning the form below at the time of registration.  This form relates to all New Milford Cubscout Pack 90 events for 2009 -2010.
