• Tour & Activity Plan - Usually required to be filed with the Council for Overnight Outings and Out-of-Council Day Trips.  Also required if the outing involves any of the following activities:  Aquatics (swimming, boating, floating, scuba, etc.), Climbing and rappelling, Orientation flights (process flying plan), Shooting sports, and any activities involving motorized vehicles as part of the program (snowmobiles, boating, etc.).  This form can be filed online at myscouting.org
