We were able to put flags on about 100 graves at Lone Mountain Cemetery. Next year for Veterans Day we would like to at least double that number. The ultimate goal is to have a flag on every veterans grave in the Cemetery. The flags that we put out were donated by our former Cubmaster Miss Debbie, yet we need many more. Our Pack knows that we can get more flags by next year.
The boys were chilly by the end of the morning, yet they felt good about what they did. It was a great turn out and the boys enjoyed their hot chocolate and donuts. Thank you to Starbucks on Highway 50 for donating coffee for the adults to keep warm to help out the boys with the flags.
