Weekend Menu Planner

Great form to use to plan and excute awesome meals on campouts, every patrol needs to use one. Your menu plan must have SPL approval before Grubmaster buys food.

Patrol Weekend Camping Duty Roster

SPL will issue PL form after assigning Patrol duties for the weekend. PL can use form in advance to determine duties within the patrol for the weeekend activity. Once completed SPL must approve roster.

Quartermaster Equipment Request Form

Use attached form to request equipment outside of your patrol equipment at least two weeks before the activity. All equipment must be return cleaned and in good working order. If something is broken or needs replaceing please let Quatermaster know ASAP.
