Important notices:
- When printing the day camp forms, please print single-sided, do not print the forms 2-sided.
- Forms will only be accepted in mailed format with payment; DO NOT email forms
- Registration forms are "fillable" meaning, you can fill them out on your computer before you print them to mail.
- PA registration form is "fillable" with the exception of the "skills" section; which will require hand -written detail.
- Please be sure to review forms before mailing to make sure proper boxes are checked.
