Welcome to Malvern Pack 71!

Malvern Pack 71 is one of the Cub Scout Packs of the Diamond Rock District, part of the Chester County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

About Cub Scouts

Cub Scouts is a year-round family- and home-centered program that develops ethical decision-making skills for boys in the first through fifth grade. Each Den consists of 6-10 scouts of the samegrade. 

  • Tiger Cubs are first graders who, with their adult partners, learn about leadership, community, and family
  • Wolf and Bear Cubs are second and third graders; emphasis is on character development, citizenship, and personal fitness
  • Webelos Scouts are fourth and fifth graders who participate in the more advanced Webelos Program to prepare for Boy Scouts
                                                         

Pack 71 Activities



Pack 71 is active year-round with at least one major event for our Scouts every month:

January- Pinewood Derby
February - Blue and Gold Banquet
March -  Spring Camp Out
April - Phillies Cub Scout Game
May - Pack Community Service Project
June - Malvern Memorial Day Parade 
July - Resident Camp at Camp Ware
August - Varies
September - Back to school - meetings begin again! 
October - Fall Camp Out
November - Scouting for Food
December - Coat Drive Support + Pack Holiday Event

Inaddition to the above Pack events, Pack 71 scouts participate in othertrips within their Dens.  Pack 71 is lucky to have great Scouts and great Leaders, which results in a lot of fun at every event!
