We are very excited to start our first year as the new Troop 28 in Morris CT.  We are 7 scouts strong and ready to get things moving.  The scout room is being refreshed to welcome the new troop as well as to welcome back the existing cub scout pack in town.  Great things are coming from this troop, I can feel it.
