Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 177, Parsippany                                            

Scouting is fun with a purpose.  There is no other youth organization like it in the world.   It is worth the effort. In a society where your son is often taught that winning is every-thing, Cub Scouting teaches him to do his best and be helpful to others as expressed in the Cub Scout Promise , motto , and Law of the Pack.

Cub Scouting is a program for 1st-5th grade boys. Cub Scouts participate in events like rocket launches, pinewood derby, campouts, community service activities, and much more.  Apart from fun and excitement, the aim of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens who are strong in character and personally fit. This is why we say that Cub Scouting is fun .

If you want your son to have some fun, excitement, outdoor opportunities, and a chance to participate in a program in which he doesn't always have to win — instead, he learns about “Do your best” and how to be helpful to others - then we have just the program for you!
