About the Pack
Welcome
to Pack 293!! We draw our membership from Norwin School District & Queen of Angels. Our Pack consists of approximately 50 Cub Scouts and over 12 Den Leaders and Committee Members, and numerous other adults and Scouters who keep the Pack running. St. Agnes Parish charters the Pack.
Cub Scouts
As a parent you want your son to grow up to be a person of worth, self-reliant, dependable and caring. Scouting has these same goals in mind for all boys. Since 1910, Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has been weaving lifetime values into fun and educational activities designed to assist parents in strengthening character, developing good citizenship, and enhancing physical fitness in youth.
Boys, families, and leaders, work together to achieve:
v Character development
v Spiritual Growth
v Good citizenship
v Sportsmanship
v Family understanding
v Respectful relationships
v Personal achievement
v Friendly service
v Fun and adventure
v Preparation for Boy Scouts
The Pack Focus
The focus of Pack activities is on family time together as well as service projects and outdoor programs. Generally we have one service project or outing a month.
